Do you think the people of Berlin would have preferred to have never experienced the change that Stalin brought?

He found time last month to go lobby for the Chicago Olympics (which he failed at). Hes got time to go to Oslo next month and pick up a nobel peace prize (which he doesn’t deserve). This next week hes going on a week long tour to Asia. Yet, he had no time to go to Germany and celebrate the 20th Anniversary of The Berlin Wall coming down? Anyone care to explain this to me?
