You might want to add some of your personal interests otherwise it is almost impossible to answer this question.
Some must sees are : Brandenburg gate, Reichstag, Museumsinsel with its plenty of museums…
I ll add the Berlin tourism site and if you add some personal interest of you I ll add some suggestions.

Brandenburger Gate and I love the Holocaust Memorial too!
Hmmm….a walk at the river Spree is nice too. And yes…that’s it =P
I’ve never been to the Jewish museum myself but I heard that it is quite good.
Or you just get on the BUS 100 or 200 and take some photos from the upper deck!

Berlin is a vibrant city and one of the most famous and impressive of all cities in Europe. For the Cold War fans you can see Checkpoint Charlie, East Side Gallery, and the Documentation Center. These all have to do with the Berlin Wall. If the Cold War is not your thing than you can see the German Reichstag where the governemnt is loctaed. Schloss Charlottenburg is a beautiful palace near the center of Berlin. Unter Den Linden is a tree lined avenue that leads to the impressive Brandenburg Gate, which is the symbol of Berlin. Also see some of the many gardens, parks, and markets that make Berlin such a unique city.
